After parking our motorhome at three other RV parks in the Indio area, we stayed for the month of April 2006 here, mainly because of the staff. Very friendly, helpful, and treated us like family. The permanent residents are absolutely terrific and so many activities, we are coming back, in fact we are looking into buying a new park model and leaving it year round. The location is near everything. Not super fancy but clean, well managed, and safe, except we thought it might help if they had a front security gate, with perhaps a code for residents to input to enter after office hours.

Quite a long run for shopping etc. but an absolutely lovely facility. Although office staff were somewhat difficult and rude, most full timers said they got used to their arrogance and their outside staff made up for their poor attitude. The location is along the desert wind tunnel and our lot was difficult to level due to the steepness along the wall, we managed with a purchase of lumber. Excellent Security, beautiful grounds, pools etc. Will definitely visit again.

Traffic Noise, not too secure, many transients walking around the park begging for money all 4 days we were there. Very nice grounds, clean and well kept facility, close to everything, and the hotel staff, food, service was very good. A gamblers paradise, not long term camping that's for sure.
